I am so excited to announce a day of wellness located on private land nestled amongst trees.  We will spend the day aligning our minds and bodies amongst the sounds of birds.  This rustic retreat will bring us back to nature and clear mental clutter.  This intimate container, of only 12 women, will nourish our bodies and our minds.  We will use Earth-centered practices that I, myself, have used to heal my body of dis-ease and pain.  You will leave feeling grounded, focused, nourished and invigorated.  We will melt into 7 practices, 3 rituals and a delicious vegetarian Mediterranean meal provided by a local establishment, La Marsa.  Tea and water will be provided throughout the day. 

You are warmly welcome to join Denielle, founder of Wild Earth Wisdom, certified yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and Blessingway facilitator, in aligning and unwinding in a day filled with: 

Yoga

Meditation

Somatic practices

Ecstatic dance

Reiki

Elemental practice

An ancient Hawaiian practice

3 rituals-an opening ceremony with intention setting, an icebreaker ritual and a closing ceremony with a deep connective practice to seal our time together.

Investment: The sustainer rate is $100.  We will be offering 2 tickets at a supported rate of $50 to provide inclusivity and affordability (please message me to get this rate, wildearthwisdomllc@gmail.com). If you are able to pay above the sustainer rate, we also have a community supporter rate of $150 to support someone who may need it.

What to bring: blankets, yoga mat, yoga props, cushion/pillow, eye mask, water bottle, journal, pen, snacks, beverage of choice, and anything else you may need to be comfortable. Reminder this is an outside retreat, so check the weather and wear/bring items to keep yourself comfortable. We are on rain or shine.
