As year-end holidays approach, it’s common to feel both joy and trepidation—we’re all faced with juggling family events, to-dos, financial pressures, and the occasional sugar crash! Get ahead of the chaos by joining us for a fun, beginner-friendly mindfulness workshop designed to help you stay calm, present, and actually enjoy the season. Through mini-meditations and practical tools you can use right away (no experience required), you’ll pause, breathe, and leave ready to meet the holidays with ease—and swap frazzle for festive.
