A beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help participants find inner strength, awareness & self-healing, for the physical body, the mind, and beyond.

What to expect:
We begin with pranayama (conscious breathing), then move into the physical practice which involves a blend of asana (postures), kriyas (movements/action), and flow (moving inside and between elements safely, with the breath). Everything is optional, and all guidance is clearly & carefully given. Gentle alternatives often offered.
This class will stretch, strengthen, and stir the body, scaffolding detox and the flushing of stagnancy to support the body's systems, all while training you for spontaneous activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Class is then concluded with deep relaxation, to the sounds of healing instruments & lullaby-esque voice.
What to bring:
A warm blanket. Water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing; not too tight, not too loose.
Mats, blocks, and straps provided.
