Dancing Freedom is a free-form Dance space, where we are invited to rest into our bodies and allow the somatic expression to guide our movement ... 

As we access movements that feel good and right for us, individually,  specifically and especially ~ Your Way is The Right Way ? ~ we will also allow space for subconsciously processing any thoughts or feelings that have become stuck in our bodies or minds ~ Freedom ?


bring: water (and a cushion & yoga mat, if you have)
wear: layers of comfortable clothing
expect: relaxation & release
