Floating Sound Bath & Guided Meditation - Spring Activation

Through sound and stillness you will be guided into deep relaxation. As you are gently supported, inner alignment will begin to unfold naturally, old emotional patterns soften, clarity emerges and your nervous system finds deep rest.

Each gathering offers 12 immersive spaces to land

Different ways to recieve: 8 floating beds, 2 lounger beds & 2 cozy grounded floor beds.

There are no tiers here, only different ways to be held within the same sacred sound field. Trust where you land.

What to bring: Pillow, blanket, journal, pen and water.

What to expect: Vibrational healing calms the nervous system and supports deep relaxation. It helps release emotional and energetic tension stored in the body while encouraging emotional balance. Sound baths help you reconnect with your body, breath and inner stillness.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in.
