Bring something to sit or lie on, a pillow, blanket, thick socks, water, eye pillow and anything else that will enhance your warmth and comfort. Enjoy a sweet spicy tea and treat afterwards as you gently come back down to earth.

Not to put you off but please be aware…
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone whose had major surgery in the last 6 weeks, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session.

Sound healing is one of the oldest and most ancient forms of healing and dates back thousands of years. The sacred sounds of the gongs produce frequencies that can help resolve emotional, physical or spiritual dissonance; helping us restore balance and harmony.
