November Knitting Challenge for Dementia UK

We are having an away day!

Dementia UK are calling on knitters* to knit every day in November for sponsorship money. Now, most of us knit every day anyway, so it doesn't seem right to ask to be sponsored to do it! So what can we do? I know, let's get together for a social evening, with a money pot on the table for us to make a donation to Dementia UK. Simply turn up, buy a drink (or as many as you like, hic!) and knit or crochet in good company.

Donations are 100% optional but it would be lovely if you can contribute and of course if you want to get sponsorship or ask others to donate, that's lovely too.

If you contact Dementia UK through the link on their FB page or on ours, you can register and get a free tote bag. There's also a public group to share what you/we are doing.

Any questions, please ask, otherwise look forward to seeing you at the Three Crowns in Devizes. Ooh, it would be helpful if you could let me know if you plan on coming, so the pub knows how much space to reserve :-)

*Absolutely includes crochet :-D
