Youth Driven Spaces Basics

This Choose-Your-Own-Adventure style training can be attended all day or by topic. The morning session will focus on the three youth driven spaces pillars - tapping into young peoples intrinsic motivation, developmental opportunities, and youth adult partnership. The afternoon session will focus on teen advisory councils, how to support them, and how they can drive organizational change.

This training is intended for people who work in out-of-school time programs serving (or desiring to serve) teens, as well as those who supervise frontline staff.
