Join OAC staff and yoga instructor Mollie Flores for a morning of yoga and mindfulness practice at beautiful Milliken State Park. Our beginner-friendly yoga session will be followed by a short walk through Milliken State Park that includes simple techniques for practicing mindfulness while outdoors. Class will begin near the harbor office, past the picnic shelters along the Detroit River.

Participants must be age 12 or older.
Preregistration is required. Cost is $10 per person.
