Join us for a warm, fun holiday cocktail experience, featuring the award-winning J.P. Wiser’s Canadian Whiskies including the NEW J.P. Wiser’s Apple, 15 year, and Lot 40 Rye.

This guided evening blends tasting education, hands-on cocktail making, and holiday lounge vibes. This is perfect for date night, friend groups, whiskey-curious beginners, and seasoned enthusiasts alike.

You’ll learn how to craft 2-3 elevated whiskey cocktails, including a modern Old Fashioned and a seasonal whiskey feature with winter-forward flavors. We'll explore aroma, balance, ice, dilution, garnish techniques, and how to confidently make whiskey cocktails at home.

To close the night, enjoy a special sip of J.P. Wiser’s 15 Year to celebrate the season.

You’ll learn:

• Proper shaking + stirring techniques
• Layering flavors for fall + winter drinks
• Garnish + presentation tips to impress at your holiday gatherings
