Trap Therapy™ is a professionally facilitated, psychoeducational community forum designed to create a safe, culturally responsive space for open dialogue around mental health, trauma, emotional wellness, and healing. This session, “Love Got Me Trapped: Trauma Bonds & Toxic Attachments,” centers on the guiding question:
“Why do I miss people who hurt me?”
