- **Event Description**: Under the influence of the Taco Bell 50k, the Drank Sinatras are hosting the second annual Smothered Glizzy Cleanse on September 19th, 2026.  

By popular demand, this year the event will be a run and bike ride.

The bike/run will be 20(ish) miles through Detroit, mostly structured as a fun group run. The course will highlight some of Detroit's fun routes and culinary delights - mainly the ubiquitous coney dog. We do however, have a few rules:

1. We're going to stop at five Coney Islands - you have to grab something from 3 of them. Anything counts, including drinks.
2. If you choose to eat a smothered glizzy at every stop, and do the wing challenge, you'll earn the finest of Temu Glizzy truckers hats and Jason's everlasting admiration.
3. If you put ketchup on your coney, you'll earn the necklace of shame at the finish. 
4. If you experience a gastronomic accident, we're going to pretend not to know you. But you'll reach legendary status.

More rules might be added to make the event even better. The bike/run is free, just bring money for your food.
