Reiki

Join us at the Main| Detroit Public Library for an hour-long event exploring the Japanese energy healing practice of Reiki! Teens will receive an understanding of Reiki to support their wellness - what Reiki is, its Japanese roots, how it works, and how it can offer energy healing & support on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Participants will also get to experience a hands-on Reiki session if they choose. This session will be led by Adrienne Ayers of Heal in the Waters Wellness and Reiki for Revolution. For ages 13-18.
