It's a safe, supportive space to share what’s real, surrounded by folks who get it.But this isn’t your average “support group.” At the end of each meeting, we do something creative to honor the memories we didn’t get to make with our little cherubs, whether that's crafting holiday ornaments, decorating cookies, or making valentines. You’ll leave feeling lighter, seen, and connected.Join us on Saturday, May 2nd at 11 a.m. as we talk about coping strategies to navigate anticipated grief triggers, like special holidays, anniversaries, and other meaningful dates that can bring up difficult emotions. Together, we’ll explore ways to prepare for these moments and move through them in the best possible way. We’ll close the meeting with a special activity in honor of Bereaved Mother’s Day, observed on Sunday, May 3rd. We look forward to seeing you there.
