You’ll leave feeling lighter, seen, and connected.Join us on Saturday, April 4 at 11 a.m. as we talk about grief triggers – especially the ones that come from well-intentioned people who say hurtful things. We’ll close the meeting with a gentle grief yoga session to help release pain, frustration, anger, and other emotions that no longer serve us. No materials are needed, and the session is open to all fitness and ability levels. We’ll wrap up the morning with an Easter basket treat bar.We look forward to seeing you there.
