Workout instruction provided by Anthony Martinez.The pilates class is free and open to the public, and we will be accepting donations to cover the pilates instructor and support The Greening of Detroit's mission.Band & Body Pilates: Move through this mat Pilates class using a resistance band for a full body workout. By adding resistance bands to the practice, we’ll be keeping tension consistent throughout while deepening muscle activation along with supporting your body into stretches you might not reach on your own. All levels are welcome just bring your own mat. Resistance bands provided on-site.
