In this Harvest of the Heart Yoga Nidra, Rebecca Murawski will guide you through a restorative Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you honor what you’ve cultivated, encourage releasing of lingering residue, and nurture the seeds of clarity, calm, and balance within.

Rebecca will guide you through breathwork and gentle, mindful movements to ground your body, calm your mind, and release stagnant energy. Then, led by the imagery of earth’s settling into fall and while resting comfortably in savasana, Rebecca will guide you through an internal journey of surrender, softness, stillness and renewal. This powerful and subtle practice will encourage you to shed burdens that weigh your mind, body and spirit. You’ll connect with the humblest energy of your heart and harmonize with the flow of the changing season leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. 

What Students Will Nurture in This Practice:

~ Release tension, stress, and accumulated nervous system clutter
~ Cultivate inner calm, presence, and groundedness
~ Reflect on personal growth and honor the harvest of your heart
~ Restore balance between body, mind, and energy
