Looking to learn more about the fish found in the Detroit River and how to fish? Participants will be introduced to the parts of a fish and how to identify fish in this catch-and-release fishing program. Equipment, bait and instruction will be provided; beginners are welcome! Outdoor Adventure Center educators will meet you outside the OAC entrance at the start of the program before heading across the street to Milliken State Park to fish. 

Participants must be age 8 or older.
Participants should dress for outdoor activities.
You must purchase a fishing license (available at Michigan.gov/DNRLicenses) if you are 17 years of age or older to fish. Participants under the age of 17 may fish without a license.
  
Preregistration is required. Cost is $5 per family.
