This active recovery class focuses on improving joint mobility, flexibility and overall movement quality to help your body move and feel better. Through guided mobility drills, dynamic stretching, and controlled movement patterns, you'll work on reducing stiffness, increasing range of motion, and supporting muscle recovery. The class is low-impact and accessible for all fitness levels, making it ideal for athletes, active inividuals, or anyone dealing with tightness from workout, work, or daily life.
