The September session will be indoors, but still on the rooftop with spectacular views.At 8:00 PM, The Teacher Chelsea will guide you through a rejuvenating silent stretch focused on flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness w/ the sounds of Kaels. At the end of the session, The Teacher Chelsea will lead you on a journaling experience to set your intentions for the month ahead. We'll close the night with a special raffle featuring prizes from local businesses.This will be the last Elevated of the season and then we will see you in June.
