Detroit Out Loud 2019

Detroit Out Loud, presented by the Quicken Loans Community Fund, is a free-entry, one-of-a-kind festival that brings Detroiters together to share their passion for their community loudly and proudly with the world. Featuring events centered around art, music, and food, the one-day festival will highlight the best that the city has to offer - from the freshest food to the freshest dance moves. No matter where you live in the 313, this is your chance to represent your community “Out Loud” and show what Detroit means to you.

Event highlights include performances by the grammy-nominated female R&B group SWV, the alt-pop group Flint Eastwood and the Detroit's very own Larry Lee and the Back in the Day Band. But that's not all! You won't want to miss the cultural dance performances, live art and Detroit's most popular businesses who will be on site serving up everything from soul food to ice cream.

Detroit Out Loud is another opportunity for Quicken Loans, through the Quicken Loans Community Fund, to celebrate and give back to its hometown of Detroit. The Quicken Loans Community Fund will be capping off the festival with a donation to Rouge Park to continue improvements, maintenance and programming.
