That’s 3x higher than White patients (39%) making it critical to spread awareness about signs and symptoms.If diagnosed early, it potentially lowers the risk of managing IBD in a more severe state!As patients, walking can provide health benefits like reduced inflammation and improved physical and mental health. Especially for patients in lower to moderate states of IBD.So we walk! Join us on Nov. 30th at 12:30pm ET.The Detroit, MI walk will be led by Jeree Spicer.With the constant shifts of society right now, we need community more than ever. Whether managing a digestive disorder or not, access to food and health resources are critical to improving one's quality of life!
