Cocktails with Kay at POR (Speakeasy at BARU)
Join Kay for an intimate cocktail hour inside POR, the hidden speakeasy lounge inside BARU. This is a free RSVP that lets us know you’re coming and allows us to contact you with updates. We require both name & email for efficient booking.

POR features an exceptional program of in-house crafted cocktails, known for their creativity and elevated flavor profiles. For this special cocktail hour, we’ll be offering a select menu of curated specialty cocktails from 8–10 PM a focused experience designed to highlight the artistry and style that POR and our team are proud to deliver.
This menu is an enhancement of our existing cocktail offerings, giving guests a deeper look into the unique flavors and techniques that define our speakeasy.

Guava Be Good Sidecar- (A staple delicious classic) Boozy/Sweet/Tropical

Cognac, Cointreau, Citrus, Guava

If I Could, I Wood- (Easy sipper, inspired by Ann) Floral/Delicate

Gin, Bergamot, Amaro, Elderflower, Citrus, Honey, Sparkling

Une Smoked Banane- (Reimagined old fashioned) Boozy/Smokey/Rich

Bourbon, Banana, Cinnamon, Cacao, Oak

• RSVPs help us anticipate attendance, but they do not guarantee seating.
• POR is a small speakeasy with very limited capacity.
• Direct reservations made through BARU take priority.
• RSVPs here are honored on a first-come, first-served basis as space becomes available.
• We will seat guests in the order of confirmed arrivals.

Check in with the host at BARU and let them know you’re here for “Cocktails with Kay in the Speakeasy.” The host will walk you down as space opens or upon your reservation.
