Session Overview

This session is designed for small business owners and real estate developers who are planning for long-term success, stability, and ownership. Through two focused tracks, participants will explore what it takes to sustain and grow their operations well beyond the startup phase.

For business owners, the session covers building a reliable team, managing operations legally and efficiently, and laying the foundation for transitioning from leasing to ownership. For developers, the focus is on managing mixed-use and commercial tenants, analyzing performance, and preparing for capital improvements and future refinancing.

Across both tracks, attendees will learn how to forecast for the future, assess risk, monitor performance, and develop systems that support steady growth and long-term value creation.
