In the 113 years since, the station has experienced an extraordinary journey of service, decline, abandonment, and remarkable rebirth.

Join author, photographer, and architectural historian Dale A. Carlson as he traces the captivating history of Michigan Central, from its inception to the present day, through historic and contemporary photographs that reveal the station's dramatic transformation from its darkest days to its stunning restoration.
