Ticket includes cocktail hour and Cheese & Charcuterie in the Linden Room, three course plated dinner in the Conservatory, with locally sourced ingredients in each course. Select Red and White Wines and a specialty cocktail upon arrival.

Anthology Events is super excited to bring a little of Ann Arbor's culinary and event scene to Detroit's Book Tower for a unique farm to table experience in sustainability, local food sourcing and genuine Anthology Events hospitality!
Will is a chef and soil scientist working with local foarmers and ranchers to bring the best of the season to your table. Since training at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA, Will has spent the past thre years diving into Michigan's farming communities and creativing magical dining memories.
