1. Have fun and engage with other caregivers in the program
2. Participate in a Family Craft Activity- Create a Family Crest
3. Caregivers Will Present the work they have done on the My family and Me Workbook
4. Enjoy lunch as a family with Mentors and Friends.

Transportation provided by Checker Transportation

SPACE IS LIMITED

Only 6 guests per household which includes:

Only 1 Caregiver and Maximum 5 Children.

Maximum capacity is 100 total

All Caregivers that attend will have their name entered into a drawing

in the Spring of 2026 for a $200.00 gift card.
