Breathwork softens the armor around the heart, increases energetic circulation, and reconnects you with the intelligence that lives in the center of your chest. As the heart opens, old defenses loosen, intuition sharpens, and your whole system can reorganize around truth instead of tension.

What is Breathwork? 
Somatic Breathwork Healing: Breathwork is a somatic healing modality that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to guide you into an altered state of consciousness that overrides the brain's executive functioning (logical/reasoning) and allows you to drop into the subconscious (where emotions & memory reside), giving the body space to release stuck energies, unprocessed emotions, and generational wounding - giving you the opportunity to rewire the mind and push past self-limiting beliefs.

No experience is necessary to join the group - all levels of breathers are welcome! I will show you how to do the breath, guide you through the breathwork experience, and hold space for any questions or sharing at the end.
