What is Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork Healing: Breathwork is a somatic healing modality that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to guide you into an altered state of consciousness that overrides the brain's executive functioning (logical/reasoning) and allows you to drop into the subconscious (where emotions & memory reside), giving the body space to release stuck energies, unprocessed emotions, and generational wounding - giving you the opportunity to rewire the mind and push past self-limiting beliefs.
No experience is necessary to join the group - all levels of breathers are welcome! I will show you how to do the breath, guide you through the breathwork experience, and hold space for any questions or sharing at the end.
