Big Band Dessert Dance

Imagine stepping back in time to the era when the bands of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Benny Goodman played to packed ballrooms of enthusiastic music lovers yearning for a chance to forget the worries of the week and dance their cares away. For all in the audience, whether dancers or not, imagine the ability to buy a dessert and beverage to enjoy while merrily listening to the music with friends, old or new.

The event will be held in the Midwest Bank Ballroom at the Historic Holmes Theatre. Entry is free, with beverages and desserts available for a fee. We're working on having swing dance lessons available before or during the dance. Watch this space for updates!
