What is this?
A play + wellness experience for adults.

We mix field-day–style games with grounding wellness practices (yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, etc.) to help you move, laugh, drop your guard, and reconnect, with yourself and others.

Each event is different, but expect:
• Playful group challenges/field-day-style games that spark laughter and teamwork 
• Partner and group experiences that build trust and awareness 
• A guided wellness practice   

It’s an interactive experience designed to help you reset and feel more alive.
