The meal prep is an easy & fun fellowship voluntary effort, which is typically finished within two hours or less. The more volunteers we have, the faster we get it completed! Helpers of all ages are welcome. The delivery can be done within an hour. 

If you need to sit while helping to assemble sandwiches, that is perfectly fine! We look forward to seeing you there.
