Join us for an exhilarating training ride in preparation for the Pedal the Cause 2026. We've added a brand new Training Ride to our lineup in Kirkwood, giving you even more opportunities to ride and train with the Pedal community. Choose from supported course options for all skill levels, then relax on the outdoor patio at 4 Hands Brewery - Kirkwood with live music, an ice-cold Pedal the Cause City Wide, and delicious eats available from Peacemaker Lobster & Crab.

Pedal the Cause training rides are FREE and open to all, but registration is required. You must pick a course to register, but option to change course is available on ride day. On site registration available.
