For many of us, moving through daily life can mean navigating environments that required constant awareness, adaptation and resilience. over time, that takes a toll on the body and nervous system.

Yoga Noir was created to offer a space where black and brown folks can practice rest without needing to explain themselves and navigate micro-aggressions. 

This is a place to slow down. To breathe. To reconnect with the body in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

A flow-at-your-own pace yoga class, offering modifications to suit your individual practice and skill level, followed by a grounding sound bath.
