Let’s follow up on the March 31 book discussion with a slightly deeper dive into Escaping the Housing Trap. 

In particular, let’s nail down how "Housing-Ready" Des Moines is.  This discussion will be VERY timely with the Housing Symposium happening a couple days later on April 30th featuring Charles Marohn. 

We’ll use Strong Towns’ Toolkit for Local Code Reform:  https://www.strongtowns.org/housing-ready-city-toolkit and run through its 6-point checklist.
