Spots are limited for this class!

You will only need to bring a large mixing bowl and clean kitchen towel to class. The rest of the supplies will be provided. Please be sure you have a Dutch oven at home to bake your bread afterwards, but you do not need to bring it to class. I also highly encourage that you have a digital kitchen scale for successful baking in the future.
