Sound Bath with Wes

Join us in our spacious studio space for a calming and restorative sound bath led by Wes Carlson, improv musician, breathwork practitioner, and connection facilitator.

This experience is designed to recharge your mind and body, calm your spirit, and align your energy.

Wes will begin with a gentle guided meditation and light breathing exercises to help you release any tension you are carrying and ease into the present moment. As you settle in, soothing sound vibrations will envelop you. Harmonious melodies of crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocal tones will create an ethereal soundscape that will transport you to a state of relaxation and peace.

To prepare, we ask you to bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and an intention to be present in the experience. (Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks provided to help you fully drop in.)"
