Spend an hour stretching, bending, and moving your body in slow, easy ways that help you feel more grounded and connected with coach Amanda! Then spend an hour cozy crafting during open studio, regulating your brain and body before heading back to the real world!
Start your week off with Stretch + Stab every Sunday in February! Don't forget to sign up for each week! Great for beginners and scalable to most movement levels! We have yoga mats but feel free to bring your own!
Where: Glitter Factory DSM - 501 SW 7th Suite M, Des Moines, IA 50309
When: Sunday, March 1st - 9am-11am
Why: Making stuff is good for your brain! Unplug and create something. Bring a pal or come solo! Zone out for a bit, chill, relax, and make cool stuff that you actually love for your home - dopamine decor for the win!
Details: Ages 12+ - All attendees must have a ticket. When in doubt, wear clothes you don't mind getting messy. We have protective gear but...just in case.
Other Stuff: Free off street parking in our lot. You don't have to bring anything - we'll have everything you need! You're also welcome to bring food + bev!
