Ritual Rave is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to move stress out of the body and recalibrate your nervous system through breath, movement, sound, and integration.
This isn’t a performance.
It’s not choreography.
It’s not group therapy.
It’s a guided container to help you release what’s stuck and come back to yourself.
We begin with grounding + guidance to settle the room and set the tone. We'll turn on silent disco headphones to really drop in, and from there, you’ll move through 30 minutes of kundalini and Himalayan-based breathwork, designed to activate, clear static, and open the body.
Then we shift into a 30-minute ecstatic dance journey. Modern music. Immersive sound. No distractions. No outside noise. Just you, your body, and the rhythm. This is where you move it out instead of talking it out.
After the release, we land in a 15-minute tonal meditation, using sound and frequency to downshift the nervous system and integrate what surfaced.
We close with 20 minutes of integration, reflection, and optional connection. You won’t leave cracked open. You’ll leave regulated.
This experience is especially supportive for people who:

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Haley is a 500-hour yoga teacher with extensive Indian training of the Himalayan Kundalini tradition. She is a somatic practitioner focused on nervous system regulation through breathwork, movement, and immersive sound. Her silent disco experiences blend ancient yogic practices with modern music and state-based facilitation to support emotional release, clarity, and embodied resilience.
