Nourish

Nourish is a support group designed to provide a safe environment for women healing their relationship with food, creating a healthy body image, and recovering from disordered eating.

This circle is a confidential space where women can share openly, ask questions, and connect with others on similar journeys. It aims to help all female-identifying people release unhealthy conditioning, false narratives, and unrealistic expectations.

Each gathering fosters meaningful conversations that will leave you feeling seen, understood, and supported.

Nourish is entirely donation-based, so there's no obligation to contribute - you are welcome to simply attend and receive support. When donations are made, Inner Space uses them to give back to the local community.
