Nourish Community Circle

Nourish Community Circle is a space for women healing their relationship with food, creating a healthy body image, and recovering from disordered eating. Our Community Circles are about coming together, supporting one another, and nurturing our community in a safe, welcoming environment.

Circles are donation-based, and your contributions help keep Inner Space thriving, maintaining the space, offering programs, and continuing to make these gatherings accessible to everyone.

Suggested donation: $10–$25 (any amount is welcome!)

Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. Your support allows us to continue offering these gatherings, expand our programming, and create a space where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued.
