Presented by Choose Iowa featuring Tom Keinert, Health and Human Sciences Educator from ISU Extension and Outreach. 

Tom will be featuring ingredients from Chose Iowa Members Sanny Farms at Fieldside Mercantile and The Holton Homestead. 

These presentations are included with Iowa State Fair admission. During the Iowa State Fair, you can join Choose Iowa in The Kitchen at 1 p.m. every day for a presentation featuring Iowa producers and chefs sharing on a variety of topics. The Kitchen can be found between the DNR Building and the Barksdale’s Cookie Stand on Grand Avenue.
