What is junk journaling? LITERALLY WHATEVER YOU WANT! Cut random nonsense out of magazines, peruse old books, create layouts based on color, collection, or just crap you find and like! There are no rules and WE WANT YOU!
This is an amazing chance to meet other people who love the stuff you ALSO love! Bring anything you want to work on from your "work in progress" pile and if you don't have a current project, we'll also have literally 100's of our own
Club meetups are only $5 but registration is required for space + planning purposes - if you decide you want to craft in the open studio, you can purchase and open studio pass when you arrive :)
Where: Glitter Factory DSM - 501 SW 7th Suite M, Des Moines, IA 50309
When: Wednesday, February 25th - 5:30 - 7:30p - we start right at 5:30p but you're totally fine if you need to come in late!
Why: Making stuff is good for your brain! Unplug and create something. Bring a pal or come solo! Zone out for a bit, chill, relax, and make cool stuff that you actually love for your home - dopamine decor for the win!
Details: Adults Only - All attendees must have a ticket. All materials included. When in doubt, wear clothes you don't mind getting messy. We have protective gear but...just in case.
Other Stuff: Free off street parking in our lot. You don't have to bring anything - we'll have everything you need! fYou're also welcome to bring food + bev!
