Build A Rain Barrel Workshop

Join the Water Works Park Foundation, Water Works Park, Polk County, and the Izaak Walton League of Des Moines on Thursday, April 30, from 6 to 7 pm for a make-and-take rain barrel workshop.

The Rain Campaign will present proper installation, benefits, and maintenance of rain barrels, and guide you through making your own barrel. You can visit the Rain Campaign website to learn about the available Des Moines metro rebate programs.
