T:BUC Funding Forums - Derry City & Strabane

Hosted by the Good Relations & T:BUC Division, part of the Executive Office, attendees will have the opportunity to find out about the Executive Office funding available for good relations programmes.

Programmes represented include the Central Good Relations Fund, T:BUC Camps Programme, Peace IV, Planned Interventions Fund, District Council Good Relations Programme and the Community Relations Council.

Executive Office staff will be available to meet with you anytime between 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm.

Good Relations Officers from the local council area, Education Authority and Community Relations Council staff will also be in attendance.

Places are limited so early registration is recommended.


How will a typical funding forum event be organised?

Executive Office Staff will be available at each of the locations listed in the invitation between 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm. You can call in at any time during this period and speak to staff about your particular good relations schemes. Video showcases, newsletters and other materials will also be available on the day.

The events are informal and a great way for you to find out more information about good relations funding and how to apply for it.


What funding streams are available?

The Central Good Relations Fund

T:BUC Camps

Planned Interventions Programme

Community Relations Council

Good Relations Officers and staff from the Education Authority and Community Relations Council will also be present to answer any questions about their good relations schemes.


When will the funding schemes open?

T:BUC Camps & Central Good Relations Fund open for applications at the end of November 2018

Planned Interventions, the Education Authority hope to invite applications early in 2019


Do I have to attend the forum in my local council area?

No. You can attend whatever forum suits you best BUT remember to register!

If I plan to apply for funding do I need to attend?

No; but you might find it useful if you haven’t applied before or have applied and been unsuccessful in the past.

Can I visit at any time?

Yes. Staff will be available from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm at each venue. You can drop in at any time!

What if I can’t attend?

Can I apply if previous applications to any of the funding streams have been unsuccessful?


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring along the printed ticket or eventbrite app on your mobile. Don’t worry if you forget we can always sign you in from our list of registered attendees.
