Reawaken to the vibrant energies of spring! Get the body moving and slowly emerge from hibernation as we transition into the warmer months ahead. In this special sound bath experience we'll combine the ancient practices of yoga and sound healing to find meditation in movement and in stillness. The session will start with a slow, gentle yoga sequence guided by Aly to relax the muscles and enter a state of flow. The sequence will end in Savasana, and will transition into a full sound immersion using using singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to deepen the meditative state and promote energetic healing.
What to Expect:
-20 minutes of gentle yoga with singing bowls to get the body moving and mind relaxed.
-40 minute extended Savasana and sound immersion using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more.
What to Bring:
-Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and anything else you'll need to ensure comfort.
-It is also recommended to dress in warm layers, as the body cools down during stillness.
Important Notes:
-Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-Sage and incense will be used during the session.
About the Practitioner:
Daniel O'Dowd is a sound bath practitioner and has been certified as a Vibrational Meditation Practitioner since July 2025. He founded his company, Sound of the Soul, in January 2025 and is dedicated to practicing sound healing to help people find inner peace and a deeper connection with their soul.
