Relax Kids, Happiness Adventures
Enjoyable activity sessions introduce vital mindfulness and relaxation skills to children. Sessions support children's mental, physical and emotional well-being. They learn to manage their mood, improve concentration and sleep.
Using the Relax Kids award wining 7 step programme, we will MOVE and warm up our bodies, PLAY different games, STRETCH with yoga postures, FEEL and enjoy some peer massage, BREATHE and learn how to use our breath to stay calm, BELIEVE in ourselves and use positive affirmations and RELAX and listen to a story meditation.
Children will have fun while learning vital skills and improving self-confidence, all in a safe and friendly environment.
Classes are suitable for children of primary school age.
Investment £30 payable on first day.
