Join us at the Museum of Free Derry for an evening with Ben Collins author of The Irish Unity Dividend.
Ben grew up in a strongly pro-unionist and pro-British background in East Belfast previously volunteering for the UUP campaign during the 2001 Westminster election being an active member of the UK Conservative Party in Scotland from 2001 to 2003 and later a campaigner for the Alliance Party in Northern Ireland. He is not a member of any political party.
With more than twenty-five years of experience in political communications Ben has worked across government housing and public affairs in the UK and Ireland. His career includes roles such as UK Executive Director for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Chief Executive of the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (NIFHA) and Press Officer for the Northern Ireland Office during the St Andrews Agreement negotiations.
This event will offer a unique opportunity to hear Ben discuss The Irish Unity Dividend and share his reflections on identity reconciliation and the path towards unity.
