Breathing, stretching, releasing physical and mental tension.We'll start with an hour's super slow gentle yoga session where there'll be time for me to come round doing mini aromatherapy neck massages (if you want).We'll then do a 30 minute deep guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) also known as Yoga sleep.Finally we'll finish the session with an hour's sound bath. All you have to do is lie in comfort and allow the sound vibrations to flood your body. This experience will allow you to enter a deep, meditative, dreamlike state, when this state is reached our body has the ability to heal itself.People often find they have a deeper sound journey after a bit of movement and the guided deep relaxation.Everyone is welcome to this session - no yoga experience is necessary. Wear confortable clothing, and bring anything that will help you to be super comfy such as cushions, eye masks, blankets as we will be laying on the floor for the duration of the sound bath.
