Taking the time before your day and the world around us gets too busy, this is a beautiful restoring form of self-care.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

This 1 hour taster yoga practice allows you to unite mind, breath and body within the beauty of nature in our local park.  Led by Liam, an instructor with regular classes in Littleover.

We’ll begin our practice with some mindful breathing exercises, followed by gently awakening the body with stretches.

We’ll then flow into some accessible yoga poses before relaxing the mind & body ready for the day ahead - Everything will be done standing so no need to worry about bringing a mat.

There will be time for a discussion and to ask any questions afterwards.
