Our sessions take place on the last Saturday of every month, with each session offering a different experience focused on health, wellness, creativity and personal development.Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult.What to expect:10:00am–11:00am | Dance Fitness 💃Start your morning by moving your body, having fun and getting your energy flowing with an uplifting dance fitness session. No experience needed – just come as you are and enjoy yourself!11:00am onwards | Ayurvedic Skincare Workshop 🧖‍♀️✨Following the fitness session, we’ll be joined by Natalie from Healoasis, who will guide us through an introduction to Ayurvedic skincare and demonstrate how to perform an Ayurvedic-inspired facial.You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about creating a mindful skincare ritual and taking time out to care for yourself.This is a relaxed and welcoming space to meet other women, try something new and prioritise your wellbeing.Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
